Oven Pork Ribs

We suggest a recipe for irresistible ribs from the oven. In addition to good marinade, sauces and patience for the best taste of the dish, it is important to choose quality meat. You can remove the thin membrane found on the ribs, although some cooks like to leave it to keep the ribs in shape. Procedure: Mix salt, pepper, brown sugar, hot pepper, caraway, ground coffee and rub well into the meat. Leave the marinated meat for a minimum of four hours or better – refrigerate overnight. Remove the meat from the refrigerator to room temperature for at least one hour before roasting to stay firm. Place the ribs on the baking sheet on which you previously put the baking paper. Turn the bones down and sprinkle with spices, cover with foil, bake in the oven at 150 ° C for about three hours. When the meat is baked, prepare the roasting juice, mix apple cider vinegar, wine vinegar and your favorite barbecue sauce in a bowl. Pour the resulting sauce into a saucepan where you will fry the ribs on each side for ten minutes (estimated) The ribs prepared in this way are extremely tasty, and although difficult to resist, let them rest for five minutes before cutting and serving to reduce the temperature.
